YOUR Role as a Structural Foreman will make you an integral part of our client’s success for 2024 and beyond. This position offers a genuine opportunity to showcase your structural expertise and advance into site management. You will be responsible for demonstrating your skills in programming, budget management, and safety while supervising some of the Gold Coast’s newest residential projects. This role allows you to leverage your experience in high-end, medium-rise, multi-residential construction to make a significant impact.
YOUR Experience - Medium and low-rise construction with relevant tenure
- High-end multi-residential building experience
- Strong leadership, expert knowledge, and persuasive communication
- Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Commitment to safety and a proactive safety ethos
- Experience as a Structural Foreman, leading hand, or supervisor on multi-level projects
- Willingness to develop and a solid background in structural work
- Proven track record and strong relationships with sub-contractors
