YOUR Role as an experienced Registered Nurse you will undertake a variety of general nursing duties, including client assessment, medication management, wound care and health monitoring in a manner that promotes the consumer's own health and wellbeing.

Part time / Full time
$49.70/hr (appr $98,207.20);
Plus $12K sign Bonus;
Up to $5K relocation allowance;

YOUR Responsibilities….
  • The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high quality clinical care for Residents within established policies, guidelines and procedures. Specifically:
    1. To provide high quality clinical care to Residents within established policies, guidelines and procedures;
    2. To provide clinical leadership and first line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Service Employees including allocation of duties and reports to Facility Manager;
    3. Responsible for being the Chief Fire Warden
About you
  • Current registration with APHRA
  • Current Federal / National police check (within the last 2 years)
  • First Aid and CPR
  • COVID and Flu vaccination
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge
  • Two suitable referees details for reference checks
  • Understanding of the ageing process with comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to aged related health issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of the accreditation standards
  • Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in an aged care setting
  • Understanding of Aged Care and associated Legislation
  • Understanding of AN-ACC Care Minute requirements
  • Experience in supervising and leading staff
  • Basic Life Support accreditation
  • Evidence of participation in Continuous Professional development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
