Your Role as Project Manager will see you have full project autonomy and responsibility across the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. This position will suit an experienced Project Manager, who has full project life cycle experience, who can manage the construction programme and develop a strong team culture. This role will see you managing client relationships as an integral aspect of the role. 
  
Your Experience  you'll be a self-starter with demonstrated experience working within the Fitout, Refurb and Construction industry. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will help you develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst providing strong, consistent direction to project team colleagues and staff is key.

• Controlling and managing all aspects of the project including all financials
• Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of the project
• Project progress reporting and conducting meetings with the client
• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program 
• Solid commercial construction work history 
• Extensive project delivery in a management capacity
• Quality, safety and financial management experience
• Ability to represent the company through client liaison
• Must have a completed Construction Management degree (or equivalent)
