YOUR Role as a Project Manager will involve comprehensive responsibility for the planning, coordination, and financial oversight of various projects. You will manage the entire project life cycle, oversee the construction programme, and foster a strong team culture. Building and nurturing client relationships will be a key aspect of your role. YOUR Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience managing multi-residential projects with a solid grasp of pre-construction and construction processes
• Proven track record in overseeing all project aspects, including financial management, with support from a Contracts Administrator
• Proficient in project progress reporting, client meetings, and ensuring projects stay on schedule
• Extensive experience in project management, emphasising site safety and effective client communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building authentic client and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to multitask across projects and provide decisive leadership to team members
• Completed Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience)
