Join the team! Are you a hardworking individual with a passion for construction? We are seeking reliable Formwork Carpenters and Skilled Formwork Labourers to join our team on the Gold Coast! Your Trades is a specialist division of YOUR Resourcing with the sole aim of making it all about YOU in Trades and Labour.

YOUR role: As an experienced Formwork Carpenter or Formwork Labourer with YOUR Trades, you will become an integral part of our team working directly with an industry-leading builder on a lucrative commercial high-rise project. This opportunity is for ongoing work in Varsity Lakes for the right candidate. Our clients are seeking reliable workers who share a passion for their trade and want to advance their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include:

• Formwork and concreting for slabs, columns, and walls
• Steel and timber framing
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Follow all site safety procedures

YOUR experience: MUST have at least 1–2 years of experience working on formwork or structural construction projects in Australia. You must have:

• Own PPE & reliable transport
• Sound knowledge of WHS standards
• Strong formwork or structural experience (commercial or residential)
• Valid Construction Safety Card (White Card)
• Relevant references
• Additional tickets & qualifications are highly desirable
