YOUR Role as a Finishing Foreman will position you as a key player in our team’s success, offering a genuine opportunity to showcase your construction skills. You will liaise with colleagues and clients, oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion, and monitor budgets to prevent overspending. Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, you will report on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders, conduct quality and safety inspections, and ensure work meets agreed standards. Your responsibilities include maintaining quality control, coordinating teams, resolving day-to-day issues, and ultimately signing off and handing over completed work to the client.
YOUR Experience - Proven construction background with a solid track record and tenure
