YOUR role will see you join a team known for its fast-paced environment and strong focus on achieving results, dedicated to turning client briefs into tailored project concepts and finding value-add opportunities throughout the construction phase. As a Contracts Administrator, you will manage head contracts, financial forecasting, procurement, detailed scopes of work, cost reporting, progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs, and RFIs. This position offers a genuine opportunity to showcase your skills and become an integral part of a team that values efficiency, quality, and client collaboration.
  
YOUR Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Contract Law, construction-specific legislation, codes, and regulations.
  • Skilled in IT with practical experience using Procore.
  • Effective communicator with strong skills in negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Passionate about the construction industry and enjoys collaborating within a team environment.
  • At least 2-3 years of Contracts Administration experience in the building sector.
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in commercial construction is advantageous.
